Ariana Grande has earned her first-ever Oscar nomination for her portrayal of Glinda in ‘Wicked,’ marking a major milestone in her acting career.
The 2025 Best Supporting Actress category also includes Monica Barbaro (A Complete Unknown), Felicity Jones (The Brutalist), Isabella Rossellini (Conclave), and Zoe Saldaña (Emilia Pérez).
In addition to the acting nominations, the Academy has announced its honorary awards, including the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award to Richard Curtis, and the Irving G. Thalberg Memorial Award to Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson, the producers behind the James Bond series. Music legend Quincy Jones and casting director Juliet Taylor are also being honored.
The 2025 Academy Awards ceremony, hosted by Conan O'Brien, will air live on Sunday, March 2 at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT on ABC and Hulu, with the red carpet starting at 6:30 p.m. ET.
