Drake's Beverly Hills mansion is now available for rent at $250,000 per month, after the rapper struggled to sell the property.
According to the Robb Report, Drake purchased the estate for $75 million in spring 2022 and initially listed it for $88 million. Despite re-listing it in May 2024 for the same price, the property remains unsold.

The Tuscan-style home sits on nearly 20 acres above Benedict Canyon and was originally built in 2001 for Guess co-founder Armand Marciano. Drake later acquired it from English pop star Robbie Williams.
The 22,500-square-foot mansion spans three levels and features 10 bedrooms, 22 bathrooms, and panoramic canyon and city views. Notable amenities include an elevator, wine cellar, gym, game room, 11-car garage, pool, full-size tennis court, and indoor-outdoor kitchen.
In addition to this mansion, Drake owns two other properties, including a massive 50,000-square-foot home in Toronto.
