Lauren Sánchez is responding to criticism about her controversial inauguration outfit. The 55-year-old subtly addressed the backlash over her lace bra and white pantsuit by liking supportive Instagram comments on her latest post Tuesday.
One comment praised her, saying, “Girl you ate that inaugural look don’t pay attention to no haters.” The fan also mentioned her fiancé Jeff Bezos, adding, “Only opinion that matters is your own and Jeff’s.”

Sánchez liked another comment that read, “You are truly an inspiration to me and I’m sure to many women.”
While Sánchez hasn't posted photos from Donald Trump’s inauguration ceremony, she shared images of the ethereal gown she wore to the inaugural ball on Monday night.

Kris Jenner complimented the former news anchor, calling her “stunning,” and Paris Hilton left a heart-eye emoji.
Bethenny Frankel praised Sánchez’s “extreme hotness” in a strapless black Dolce and Gabbana dress during the inaugural ball.
However, "Selling Sunset" alum Christine Quinn criticized Sánchez’s polarizing outfit at the inauguration.
Quinn wrote on X, “Jeff Bezos’s wife strutting into the presidential inauguration in lingerie with her chesticles hoisted like NASA was launching them into orbit? Peak ‘Selling Sunset’ season 2 energy.” She added, “Cute outfit, sweetheart, but wrong place.”
Former “Good Morning America” co-host Amy Robach also weighed in on Sánchez’s “interesting” outfit, remarking, “a lot to look at,” but stating, “To each their own.”
Sánchez, who got engaged to Bezos in 2023, has not responded publicly to the criticism.
