RAWALPINDI:

The hearing of the Toshakhana 2 case against PTI founding chairman Imran Khan and his spouse Bushra Bibi has been adjourned until January 23 due to the absence of their defence lawyers.

The court expressed severe displeasure over the lawyers' failure to appear and ordered that their presence be ensured at the next hearing.

The hearing, scheduled to take place at Adiala Jail, was presided over by Special Judge Central Shahrukh Arjumand.

However, due to the absence of the defence lawyers, the proceedings were postponed without any action being taken.
