I loved Ms Soares who was my teacher. I graduated in 1964 and used to be her “brain box”.

I loved Ms Soares who was my teacher. I graduated in 1964 and used to be her “brain box”. She was generous in spirit and never minded that I did an imitation of hers at a farewell party that our class held for our seniors. What filled me with pride was when I took my daughter in 1985 for the admission interview and she passed by me in the corridor. She stopped and recognised me by name and said: “I don’t forget my brain boxes”.
