In Peshawar, a ban has been imposed on opening CNG stations under Section 144 due to a decrease in Sui gas pressure as the stations will remain closed until January 19.

According to a notification issued by the Deputy Commissioner of Peshawar, domestic consumers are facing difficulties due to reduced gas pressure.

To ensure adequate gas supply for households, a ban has been placed on CNG stations in the city.

Under Section 144, opening CNG stations will be prohibited, and any violations will lead to legal action.

As a result of the CNG station closures, rickshaw drivers have started using gas cylinders, leading to an increase in fare prices.

Additionally, the number of CNG-fueled vehicles on the roads has decreased due to the closures.
