The Leader in Me (LiM) Symposium 2025, themed 'Celebrating success and new beginnings,' celebrated the growth of the LiM process, now impacting over 400 schools nationwide.

The President of FranklinCovey USA, Sean Covey, the visionary behind the Leader in Me framework, attended the event alongside educators and leaders.

FranklinCovey Education Pakistan Practice Lead Fazal Niazi highlighted LiM's journey in the country. Zahra Khawar, Deputy Director of KIPS School, emphasised the transformative power of leadership in education. The school's achievement as a Lighthouse School under the LiM framework was lauded.

In his keynote address, Sean Covey inspired the participants with a vision for student empowerment through leadership and personal growth by embracing the LiM philosophy.

A pivotal moment of the event was the signing of agreements with six leading institutions -- Berlitz, Oasis International High School, Gujranwala, Scarsdale International School, Roots International Schools and Colleges, Mukabir School and Bahria Town School and College.

The symposium concluded with a photography session and networking tea, fostering collaboration and meaningful dialogue among participants.

The symposium celebrated achievements while envisioning a brighter future for education in Pakistan.
