Famous Bollywood actor and social worker Sonu Sood has shared the secret to his fitness with his fans.
At 51, the actor, renowned for his strong and well-balanced physique, attributes his healthy lifestyle to simplicity and consistency.
In a recent interview, Sonu Sood revealed that he has always been a vegetarian and has never consumed anything other than vegetables and lentils, avoiding alcohol and other foods.
He believes his robust physique is due to his diet and Punjabi genetics, which he inherited from his parents.
Sonu believes that supplements are not necessary for staying fit. Although he has used protein powder in the past, he avoids supplements and steroids.
He shared that even in luxurious hotels, he prefers simple food like salad and egg whites. He also considers dal and rice his favorite meal and says he can live on that dish alone.
The actor explained that the key to his fitness lies in consistent exercise and simple eating habits.
His breakfast typically includes egg whites, avocado, vegetables, and papaya, providing him with energy throughout the day.
It’s worth noting that Sonu Sood’s new film Fatah was recently released, featuring Jacqueline Fernandez, who makes her debut alongside him.
