The sudden conclusion left many fans disappointed and confused. In a detailed Instagram story, Hania Amir explained the situation, accusing an event organiser of verbally abusing her manager and herself.

"Everyone saw videos of me walking to the crowd and taking pictures, and everything was fine. But when I was heading back to my seat, I heard one of the organisers verbally abusing my manager," Hania Amir said. "I immediately went up to her to check on what happened and told the man that he couldn't speak to her like that. He was so aggressive that security had to step in."

Hania Amir explained that things escalated when the organiser chased her and her co-stars, Fahad Mustafa and others, backstage. She said the organiser called off security protocols and verbally assaulted them further, forcing the team to leave early. "We were rushed out by our promoter, Arif Khan, to avoid further conflict and got back to the hotel safely," Hania Amir added.

In her Instagram statement, Hania Amir stressed that no one had the right to disrespect others, particularly in a professional environment. "Just because we women are in male-dominated fields doesn't mean you can get away with anything," she said. "We will take a stand for ourselves."

Hania Amir also criticised media outlets for jumping to conclusions without knowing the full story. She expressed her disappointment with journalists who had reported on the incident without understanding the context. "Journalism should have integrity, and blaming an artist without knowing the truth is irresponsible," she stated.

The actress ended her post by apologising to her fans for the way the event concluded. "I dearly love every single one of you. I’m sorry things had to end this way, but sometimes we have to get through the bad days," Hania Amir said.

The incident quickly garnered support from fellow actors and industry professionals. Yashma Gill, Maya Ali, and Nabeel Qureshi, among others, shared Amir's post on social media, expressing solidarity and condemning the mistreatment. Gill called out the organiser's behaviour, stating there was "no place for disrespect" in any industry.
