Maryam Nawaz revealed plans to provide international scholarships to students

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has announced the distribution of 100,000 electric bikes (e-bikes) to students across the province.

Addressing a ceremony at FAST University Islamabad, she highlighted the importance of empowering youth and promoting sustainable transportation.

During her speech, she urged students to pledge their commitment to serve Pakistan and to stay dedicated to the country, emphasizing that they should not leave or harm Pakistan.

The Chief Minister also announced an increase in the amount of the Honhar Scholarship, raising it from Rs 30,000 to Rs 50,000 annually.

Additionally, Maryam Nawaz revealed plans to provide international scholarships to students, supporting their higher education at globally renowned institutions.

The initiative aims to make higher education accessible to more students from diverse backgrounds in Punjab.

As part of her efforts to support the youth, the Chief Minister launched the Honhar Scholarship program for 2,570 students from the Rawalpindi Division.

These scholarships will support students from various disciplines, helping them pursue education without financial constraints.

On the other hand, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has announced the establishment of an education city in Lahore, aimed at attracting top global universities to set up campuses.

This ambitious initiative is part of her broader vision to enhance educational opportunities in the province and foster international collaborations.
