SZA releases 'SOS Deluxe: Lana' with 14 new tracks and a star-studded collaboration roster

The 'SOS' reissue debuts with new songs, a 2025 tour announcement, and SZA's upcoming acting debut.

Grammy-winning artist SZA has released the much-awaited SOS Deluxe: Lana, an expanded edition of her record-breaking 2022 album SOS. The new version, released Friday, includes all 23 original tracks, the hit single “Saturn,” and 14 brand-new songs.

SZA pacified eagerly anticipating fans on Instagram after the release was delayed, stating, “FULL DELUXE DROPS FIRST THING TOMORROW AM. (Had to get my mixes right lol! All songs are delivered and ingesting into the system as we speak. pls be kind .. we been up for days).” The post featured a snippet from the music video for her latest single “Drive,” co-starring Ben Stiller.

The album boasts collaborations with renowned artists like Kendrick Lamar, Lil Yachty, and producer Benny Blanco. Kendrick Lamar joins SZA on the track “30 for 30,” continuing their successful partnership following her appearances on his recent album GNX.

Additionally, SZA and Lamar have announced their upcoming Grand National Tour, which will kick off in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on April 19, 2025. The tour will cover major cities like Houston, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Seattle, and Detroit, wrapping up in Washington, D.C., on June 18.

In an exciting development, SZA will also make her acting debut in the buddy comedy One of Them Days, co-starring Keke Palmer, set to premiere on January 17, 2025.

Speaking about her journey with British Vogue, SZA reflected, “Every day I grapple with, ‘Am I done with music?’ ... But I keep trying to rise to the occasion.”
