Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Monday presided over a crucial meeting on the country's law and order situation.
Senior officials attended the high-level session, where internal and external security threats facing the country were thoroughly reviewed. During the meeting, important decisions regarding national security were made.
The task force, led by the chairman of the PTA, presented its detailed report. Besides, the formation of an anti-riot force to counter protests in Islamabad was discussed.
Adviser to the PM Rana Sanaullah submitted a comprehensive report on the state of law and order across the country.
