Stronger than usual winds from the northeast direction of Balochistan continued to blow for the second day in the city. The speed was 26 kilometers per hour, cold and dry weather may continue for the next several days.
The city recorded a minimum temperature of 13.5 degrees Celsius on Saturday morning. However, the wind speed was higher than normal on the second day as well, making the actual temperature feel colder than usual.
According to the Met-eorological Department, the wind speed from the northeast (Balochistan) was recorded at 26 kilometers per hour.
The maximum temperature was recorded at 25.5 degrees Celsius due to strong winds. According to the Meteorological Department, the visibility was reduced to 4 kilometers due to light fog in the morning.
Meteorological Depart-ment's Early Warning Centre said, cold weather is likely to continue across the province and a severe cold wave in Tharparkar district.
