Chief Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah on Tuesday emphasised that considering human rights in everyday life is equivalent to adopting human rights as a way of life.
Israel and India are committing worst human rights violations in Palestine and Kashmir, CM Murad said in a message issued from Chief Minister House on the occasion of International Human Rights Day.
CM said that International Human Rights Day is observed every year on December 10 across the world. This year the day is being observed under the theme 'Our Rights, Our Future, Right Now'. He emphasised that practicing human rights in daily life is fundamental to human rights. He further stated that human rights form the foundation of peaceful, just, and inclusive societies and freedom of expression, access to education and health is fundamental of human rights. He further said that the Sindh government is committed to ensuring human rights without discrimination. He had said that the establishment of a just society is essential to ensure human rights and all citizens in Pakistan including Sindh have equal rights. CM Sindh said that severe human rights violations are taking place in Palestine and Kashmir.

Meanwhile, CM's Special Assistant for Human Rights Rajvir Singh Sodha addressing an event commemorating International Human Rights Day said Sindh is committed to upholding the universal principles of dignity, equality, and justice, setting a benchmark for human rights advocacy in Pakistan.
