Reality star Brandi Glanville has shared alarming details about her ongoing health issues, which have left her in and out of the hospital for over a year. On X (formerly Twitter), the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum revealed she’s dealing with severe facial swelling but remains without a confirmed diagnosis.
“What happened?” she wrote. “I wish I knew. I’ve been in & out of the hospital this past year [and] 1/2 … spent almost every dollar I have [been] trying to figure it out.” She added, “Some Dr.’s (sic) say I have a parasite that jumps around my face. Some say it’s stress-induced edema. I personally say it’s Bravo.”

Glanville, 52, first alarmed fans when she posted a selfie on Saturday showcasing a swollen and disfigured face. The health struggle dates back to October 2023, when she was rushed to the hospital after her face became so swollen her eyes closed shut. Stress from ongoing legal battles with Bravo has also taken its toll. In July, she attributed her worsening condition to stress, saying, “Stress will kill you.”
Fans have offered their support online, with one writing, “You’ve had nothing but hardships … sending all prayers for you.”
The issues began after The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip Season 4, which involved drama with Caroline Manzo. Manzo accused Glanville of inappropriate behavior during filming, leading to a lawsuit against Bravo. Glanville has denied the allegations and blames the fallout for her health decline.
While Glanville continues to seek answers, her condition remains unresolved, leaving fans concerned and hopeful for her recovery.
