During the event, Ice Spice displayed a toned physique. Additionally, her slimmed-down photos had gained attention four months ago, with netizens speculating that she might have been using Ozempic to shed weight. However, the rapper dismissed these claims during an X Spaces chat on August 19.

Months later, on December 6, new photos of Ice Spice went viral, sparking further discussions among netizens. Some users commented on her transformation with humor, including one who joked, "The ice melted," referring to her weight loss.

Others joined in with similar remarks, with some alleging drug use as a possible reason for her slimmer appearance. One user compared her to a "grown-up Chuckie doll," referencing the red-haired horror movie character.  

“The spice kicking her a*s,” joked another user.  

“She skinny af probably have a disease,” another speculated.

Meanwhile, other fans came to Ice Spice’s defense, suggesting she had simply made healthier lifestyle choices. One user commented: “Funny thing is, she prolly ain’t even do too much. She’s 24, she prolly just started eating food with actual nutrition.”  

Another supporter questioned the criticism, saying: “So it’s a crime to lose weight now. She probably wanted to be slim so she worked out and probably lost weight. Idk why people are so mean.”

Ice Spice’s recent viral photos, shared on December 6, reignited debates on social media. These images showcased her slim physique, including a flat belly, as seen in a recent Instagram post.

This comes four months after she denied allegations of using Ozempic to lose weight. According to People Magazine, her transformation photos led to renewed speculation about Ozempic use. The Princess Diana rapper addressed these claims during an X Spaces chat on August 19.
