The Supreme Court has issued the judges' roster and the regular cause list for the upcoming judicial week.
Bench number 1 comprises Justice Mansoor Ali Shah, Justice Ayesha Malik, and Justice Aqeel Abbasi. Bench number 2 consists of Justice Muneeb Akhtar, Justice Athar Minallah, and Justice Shahid Waheed. Bench 3 includes Justice Aminuddin Khan, Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar, and Justice Hasan Azhar Rizvi. Bench 4 comprises Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail, Justice Musarrat Hilali, and Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan whereas Bench 5 consists of Justice Irfan Saadat Khan, Justice Malik Shehzad, and Justice Shahid Bilal. The members of Bench number 6 are Justice Sardar Tariq Masood and Justice Mazhar Alam Miankhel.
A two-member bench comprising Chief Justice Yahya Khan Afridi and Justice Malik Shehzad will be available in Islamabad only on Dec 13.
Meanwhile, Adil Bazai, who was de-seated by the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) over 'floor-crossing', filed an appeal against the decision in the Supreme Court. His case is scheduled for hearing on Dec 9.
A three-member bench led by Justice Mansoor Ali Shah will hear Bazai's appeal.
