Information Minister Attaullah Tarar announced Wednesday that several MoUs signed between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia this year, amounting to billions of dollars in investments, have been actualized. The development is expected to boost the national economy and generate employment opportunities.
Addressing a press conference, Tarar highlighted Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif's successful visit to Saudi Arabia, where he attended the One Water Summit and engaged with leaders like Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and French President Emmanuel Macron.
He said the prime minister had returned from Saudi Arabia after a brief but successful and significant visit.
He emphasized the strengthened Pak-Saudi ties, noting that the prime minister has met the Saudi crown prince five times in six monthsa testament to the deepening bilateral relationship.
