Twitch streamer and YouTuber Duke Dennis is once again facing allegations of having fathered a child with a 15-year-old when he was 20.
On December 2, posts claiming these accusations resurfaced on social media, particularly on X (formerly Twitter). These claims are said to be from 2014, based on screenshots shared by users online.
One post by X user @ulxa gained significant traction. The post included screenshots of the minor referring to Duke as her "baby daddy," further fueling the controversy.
Duke Dennis, a well-known figure in the gaming community and member of the YouTube collective AMP, has denied the accusations. In the past, he explained that the allegations were fabricated by the minor and her mother. According to Duke, the false claims stemmed from animosity between their families. The minor's brother had reportedly been convicted of murder and sent to prison for killing one of Duke's relatives, and Duke believes the accusations were retaliation for this event.
In response to the renewed attention on the allegations, Duke shared a brief statement denying the claims, emphasizing his indifference to the situation. Duke elaborated on the situation, claiming that the false accusations were a result of family animosity. Despite the ongoing drama, Duke emphasized that he had moved on from the situation and forgiven those involved.
Duke also reflected on how he thought the issue was behind him after his record was expunged in 2020. Now, four years later, the allegations have resurfaced, prompting him to make a more reserved statement on Snapchat instead of revisiting the full story.
