Kate Cassidy, the grieving girlfriend of Liam Payne, was spotted in London for the first time since the One Direction star’s funeral.

The American model, 25, appeared solemn as she walked through central London, wrapped in a white fluffy coat and dark joggers. She clutched her phone and purse while walking anonymously through the busy streets.

 

The sighting comes just days after Kate attended the emotional funeral of the 31-year-old singer, who tragically passed away on October 16 following a fall from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires. Liam’s family, friends, and One Direction bandmates Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan, and Louis Tomlinson gathered to pay their respects during a tearful farewell at St Mary’s Church in Amersham, Buckinghamshire.

Kate, who had been dating Liam since 2022, was seen without makeup and with her blonde hair tied back as she visited a local café, enjoying a quiet moment alone. Liam’s tragic death occurred while he was in Argentina for Horan’s concert, and Kate had flown back to Miami just two days prior, unaware of the events that would soon unfold.

Kate recently shared an emotional tribute to Liam on Instagram, reflecting on their lost future together. She expressed her deep sorrow, writing: “I loved you unconditionally, and I will continue to love you for the rest of my life.”

Despite the heartache, Kate has vowed to carry Liam’s memory with her, as she had previously spoken about their plans for marriage before his untimely passing.
