Liam Payne tragically passed away on October 16 after falling from a hotel balcony at the CasaSur Palermo Hotel in Buenos Aires. His death, which occurred while he was reportedly intoxicated, has led to an ongoing investigation. Authorities have charged three individuals—including Payne’s friend and manager Rogelio Nores, alleged drug supplier Braian Nahuel Paiz, and a hotel worker—on charges related to abandonment and the supply of narcotics. All three have denied the allegations.

In an earlier interview with Telefe Noticias, Braian Nahuel Paiz shared details about his final interactions with Liam. He revealed that they spent time together on October 13, just days before Liam's death, and that they consumed drugs. Braian described Liam as being "sweet" and "not aggressive," adding that the singer had shown concern for his well-being. According to Braian, Liam even offered him clothing, but he refused, accepting only a drawing from the singer.

During this interview, Braian claimed that he and Liam shared an "intimate" moment, although he did not elaborate on the nature of their relationship. This comment led many to speculate about a possible sexual encounter, but Braian later clarified that while something "intimate" occurred, it was not sexual.

Braian spoke out again in a second interview, this time expressing frustration over how his first interview had been edited. He denied that he had provided heavy drugs to Liam, insisting that their time together involved only drinking and vaping. He also addressed rumors surrounding the disappearance of a Rolex watch that Liam had been wearing when he died. Braian denied any involvement in taking the watch, stating that he would show it on camera if he had it.

Braian made another surprising claim during this interview, suggesting that Liam’s relationship with Kate Cassidy, his reported girlfriend, was “fake.” He stated that he had seen something on Liam’s computer that indicated their romance may not have been genuine. However, Braian did not provide further details or evidence to support this claim.

Throughout both interviews, Braian has maintained his innocence, insisting that he was not involved in Liam’s death. He believes he is being falsely accused and that someone is attempting to cover up their own crimes by framing him. He also pointed out that toxicology reports indicated a mix of alcohol, cocaine, and a prescribed antidepressant in Liam's system at the time of his death, but Braian continues to deny any responsibility for Liam’s drug use.

As the investigation continues, more details are expected to emerge, and questions surrounding Liam Payne’s tragic death remain unanswered.
