Billboard has issued an official apology to Taylor Swift after including a controversial clip in a recent video celebrating her career milestones. The clip, which was part of a broader tribute to Swift's achievements, featured a shot of her naked wax figure from Kanye West's "Famous" music video. The figure, part of a scene in the provocative 2016 video, sparked widespread media attention when it was first released.

In response to backlash, Billboard acknowledged the error in a statement, apologizing to Swift and its audience. "We are deeply sorry to Taylor Swift and all of our readers and viewers that in a video celebrating Swift’s achievements, we included a clip that falsely depicted her," the statement read. The publication also confirmed that the clip had been removed from the video and expressed regret for any harm caused by the inclusion of the controversial scene.
