KMC retired employees protest

KARACHI:

Retired employees of the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) staged a protest outside the KMC head office for the payment of billions of rupees in outstanding dues and pensions that have been pending for years.

It was claimed that the concerned officers are not receiving the files of over 2,000 newly retired employees. The KMC owes a staggering Rs12 billion to local government employees.
