Bhad Bhabie, the 21-year-old rapper known for her viral "cash me ousside" moment, has offered her first health update after sparking concern over her weight loss. On Sunday, Bhad Bhabie, whose real name is Danielle Bregoli, was approached by a paparazzo at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Despite being caught off guard, the star said she was “doing OK.” She was seen wearing a casual blue velvet sweatsuit, accessorized with fuzzy black slides and a white headband, while her nanny pushed her 8-month-old daughter, Kali Love, in a stroller.

Earlier this month, Bhad Bhabie responded to public worry about her shrinking frame, revealing on Instagram that her weight loss was due to medication related to cancer treatment. She clarified, “I’m sorry my cancer medicine made me lose weight. I’m slowly gaining it back. So stop running with the worst narratives.” A family source later confirmed her diagnosis, although the specifics regarding the type or stage of her cancer remain unclear.

The rapper's mother, Barbara Bregoli, also publicly addressed the situation, condemning rumors that suggested her daughter was lying about her condition. Barbara, who has battled cancer herself, firmly supported her daughter, stating, “How dare you say my daughter would lie about something like that?”

Bhad Bhabie’s personal life has also been in the spotlight. Her on-again, off-again relationship with Le Vaughn has been marked by public accusations, including an allegation of physical abuse earlier this year. Despite these challenges, the influencer appears to be focused on her health and family, sharing moments with her daughter while maintaining a low-key public presence.
