The SHC approved the bail application of Zubair Baloch after the prosecution failed to prevent the bail plea in Arshad Pappu murder case.
The petitioner's lawyer Farooq Haider Jatoi Advocate argued that the investigation officer's report has already been filed in the trial court that the plaintiff is not found involved.
The police have not been able to present eyewitnesses and evidence against the accused for 10 years.
The court approved the bail application of Zubair Baloch against a surety bond of Rs200,000 and ordered the release of the accused if he is not required in any other case.
