Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko arrived in Pakistan on three-day official visit aimed at strengthening bilateral relations between the two nations.

Upon arrival at Nur Khan airbase in Rawalpindi, President Lukashenko was welcomed by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, who received the dignitary on the tarmac. The visit was marked by a formal 21-gun salute.

During his stay, Lukashenko and Sharif are scheduled to hold talks on expanding cooperation across multiple sectors. Delegation-level discussions will focus on furthering ties, with both sides expected to sign several Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).

The visit is accompanied by a high-level 68-member delegation, led by Belarus’s Foreign Minister, which includes key government officials, ministers, and influential business leaders.

The trip highlights the deepening ties between Pakistan and Belarus, reflecting growing diplomatic and economic collaboration.
