Lizzo has set the internet abuzz with her recent Instagram post, showcasing a stunning transformation that fans can’t stop discussing.

The Grammy-winning singer, known for her anthems of self-love and empowerment, shared a carousel of selfies in which she sported pigtail braids, a Renaissance-inspired off-the-shoulder top, and a flowing denim skirt.

Captioning the post, Lizzo wrote, “Last night I wore milkmaid braids [squinting eye with tongue emoji].”

Fans quickly noticed her slimmer figure, flooding the comments with reactions ranging from shock to admiration. One fan exclaimed, “Yo Lizzie lost mad weight,” while another added, “Wait what???? [surprised face emoji] Is this LIZZO????”

Some even issued warnings, with one user cautioning, “Wait wait wait don’t get too skinny now!!!”

Others defended the singer, with one fan urging, “Can y’all go one post without mentioning how 'skinny she’s getting' or how she’s 'using Ozempic'?? She’s been documenting her fitness and healthy eating journey this whole time.”

In a previous response to similar rumours, Lizzo addressed claims about her weight loss methods, stating, “In the past five months, I’ve been concentrating on weight training and calorie deficit.”

She also revealed her shift from a vegan diet during a trip to Japan, where she discovered the benefits of animal proteins.

“I found that animal proteins helped me have more energy, lose weight, and helped with my mental fog,” she explained.

Lizzo continues to advocate for body neutrality, saying, “The way you feel about your body changes every single day. There are some days I adore my body, and others when I don’t feel completely positive.” Despite the scrutiny, she remains firm in her stance: “My body is nobody’s business.”

The “Truth Hurts” singer’s transformation and unapologetic approach to her journey serve as a reminder that personal health and happiness come in many forms.
