According to the police, a 20-year-old girl of Miskeenabad was going to a market when Ramesh told her that his mother was calling her.
When she went to his residence, the accused closed the door, took out a weapon and threatened to kill her.
He sexually assaulted her and blackmailed her by taking her pictures and videos.
The police registered a case on the complaint of the victim's mother and started efforts to arrest the suspect.
Meanwhile, in Jaranwala, a 12-year-old boy was lured by Abdullah, Ali Sial and Ali Sher who subjected him to sexual assault.
In another incident, a woman died of electrocution while hanging clothes on a wall. The took possession of the body and handed it over to the relatives after completing legal formalities.
According to the police, 33-year-old Sakina Bibi, a resident of Pathanwala Chowk, went to dry clothes on the roof of her home after washing them. She touched an electric wire on the wall, causing a fatal shock.
