Bushra Bibi will not participate in the protest rally on November 24th but has decided to oversee all the situation.
Sources within Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) reveal that Bushra Bibi, wife of PTI founder and former Prime Minister Imran Khan, has decided not to participate in the party’s protest scheduled for tomorrow. Instead, she will monitor the event from the Chief Minister’s House, where she will oversee the movements of party delegations arriving from various constituencies, including both provincial and national assembly members as well as PTI ticket-holders.
According to PTI sources, Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur will lead the convoy from Swabi. He is expected to depart Peshawar around 11 a.m. and arrive in Swabi shortly thereafter.
PTI spokesperson Sheikh Waqas Akram confirmed Bushra Bibi's absence from the protest, emphasizing that she is a private individual and that Imran Khan has instructed her to refrain from political activities.
Although Bushra Bibi had previously encouraged PTI supporters to participate in the protest, Akram reiterated that she would not be attending herself. He clarified, “Bushra Bibi is a housewife and has no intention, nor ever had any plans, to attend the protest, as we have clearly communicated for the past five days.”
