Transport to remain suspended for 2 days

All transport vehicles will remain parked at general bus stands and other hubs.

RAWALPINDI:

The Mutahida Transport Federation and Inter-City Transport Union have announced to suspend public transport services on Saturday (today) and Sunday (tomorrow) due to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) protest march. No vehicles will operate between Rawalpindi and nearby tehsils or other cities, including Murree and Kotli Sattian.

All transport vehicles will remain parked at general bus stands and other hubs. Transport Federation Vice President Asif Khan said that vehicles heading to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Lahore, Gujarat, and Faisalabad from Rawalpindi will remain stationed at their respective hubs.
