LODHRAN:

The District Health Authority organised Health Week 2024, during which 9,770 patients underwent medical check-ups and screenings at DHQ, THQs and various health camps.

The health initiative, launched on November 20 under the directives of the Punjab government, will continue until November 22. Deputy Commissioner Abdul Rauf Meher inspected the medical camps at DHQ Lodhran and Tehsil-Level Hospital Lodhran, emphasising the need for seamless arrangements across the district.

He highlighted that the initiative, undertaken under the directives of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, is focused on providing quality healthcare through medical camps set up at 10 locations across the district.

"The effort," he stated, "aims to ensure the well-being of Lodhran's citizens through proactive and accessible health services."
