Gold prices climb in global, local markets

The price of silver per tola stayed steady at Rs3,250.

Gold prices saw a significant increase today in both international and local markets.

In local gold markets on Monday, the price of 24-carat gold per tola increased by Rs2,500, reaching Rs269,900. The price of gold per 10 grams also rose by Rs2,144, reaching Rs 231,396.

In the global bullion market, the price of gold per ounce rose by $25, reaching $2,587.

Despite the increase in gold prices, the price of silver remained unchanged in the country. The price of silver per tola stayed steady at Rs3,250, and the price per 10 grams of silver also remained stable at Rs2,786.

It is noteworthy that on Saturday, both global and local gold prices had seen a slight decline.The international price of gold per ounce decreased by $3, bringing it to $2,562.

The price of 24-carat gold in local markets also declined by Rs 300, bringing the price of one tola (11.66 grams) down to Rs267,400.
