On November 18, 2024, AMP member Din "Agent 00" served legal papers to popular streamer Kai Cenat during the 17th day of Cenat's Mafiathon 2 livestream. The lawsuit centers on Cenat's upcoming horror game Escaping Agent, which allegedly features a character resembling Agent 00. The dispute gained public attention after Agent 00 appeared on Cenat’s livestream, delivering the notice in person.

"You’ve been served. You have 14 days to appear in court," Agent 00 announced while presenting the documents. He added, "Legally, you have to submit all the evidence before a judge."

The controversy began on November 15, 2024, when Cenat revealed the game's trailer. During the livestream, Cenat expressed disbelief, saying, "You can't do this... I'm not profiting off your s**t, bro!" Reading the terms aloud, he shared details of the lawsuit, which includes claims of defamation and violation of the Reality Breach Act.

Agent 00 clarified his stance, stating, "You made a game about me eating a**! People thought I actually made this game." Despite Cenat’s assertion that the game is free and non-commercial, Agent 00 maintained that the depiction was unauthorized and harmful to his reputation.

Cenat is a two-time Streamer of the Year award winner and one of Twitch's most-watched creators. The incident occurred amidst fan criticism of Cenat’s promotion of sports betting during Mafiathon 2.
