Social media lit up after RFK Jr. was spotted indulging in a McDonald's meal alongside Donald Trump, Donald Trump Jr., and Elon Musk aboard Trump Force One.

The image, shared by Margo Martin, Trump’s deputy director of communications, showcased the group feasting on iconic fast food items, including Filet-O-Fish sandwiches, Big Macs, and quarter-pounders.

Trump’s signature flair added an extra touch with gold cutlery and mini glass jars of condiments.

"POV: walking by the cool kids' table," Martin captioned the post, which quickly drew reactions. RFK Jr., holding a cheeseburger and a full-fat Coke, caused a stir given his vocal criticism of processed foods.

“Notable that RFK’s knocking back McDonald’s and Coca Cola. Willing to ingest the chemicals if it serves his master,” quipped one X user.

Others chimed in on the irony, referencing Kennedy’s previous remarks on Trump’s eating habits: "The stuff he eats is really, like, bad... Campaign food is always bad, but the food that goes onto that airplane is, like, just poison."

Even Don Jr. acknowledged the contradiction, sharing the same image with the caption, "Make America Healthy Again starts TOMORROW."

Despite the banter, the group seemed at ease, with Speaker Mike Johnson smiling in the background of the viral snap.

However, RFK Jr.’s meal choice added fuel to ongoing discussions about his “Make America Healthy Again” campaign, which focuses on eliminating additives and toxins—ingredients found in abundance in McDonald's food.

The timing also raised eyebrows as McDonald’s faces backlash over an E. coli outbreak linked to contaminated onions, leading to illnesses and one death.

While the MAGA leaders enjoyed their fast food, critics were quick to juxtapose Kennedy’s health-conscious persona with his actions, proving that in politics, even a burger can become a battleground.
