Florida-based Villa Vie Residences has launched its Tour La Vie program, offering Americans an escape from President-elect Donald Trump’s second term. The four-year cruise departs aboard the Villa Vie Odyssey, taking passengers to over 140 countries across all seven continents. Prices for the trip start at $256,000 for single occupancy, including food, drinks, WiFi, medical services, and bi-weekly housekeeping.

The Tour La Vie program offers flexible options: a one-year "Escape from Reality" cruise, a two-year "Mid-Term Selection," a three-year "Everywhere but Home" option, and the full four-year "Skip Forward" trip. CEO Mikael Petterson emphasized that the initiative caters to those feeling politically unsettled, stating, “We don’t take sides; this is about providing an option for anyone seeking a change.”

Highlights of the journey include a month in the Caribbean, a South American tour featuring Carnival in Rio and an Antarctic sail-by, and stops at 13 World Wonders. Travelers onboard for midterm elections in 2026 and the 2028 presidential election can cast mail-in ballots via the cruise’s corporate office.
