After rocking the world with her single Rockstar and setting the stage with her solo track Moonlit Floor at Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, BLACKPINK's Lisa has confirmed some exciting news for BLINKs. The K-pop band is all set for a reunion in 2025.

Speaking to Billboard, she expressed that she "can't wait" until the day that BLACKPINK gets to perform together again, while also paying due respect and appreciation to the solo activities that she and her band members have done thus far.

"We know each other so well and know how much energy we have to put into every single project. So we want to support and say, 'You did really well!' Like, Jennie and Rosie just released their own songs, and we're on texts, we're on FaceTime. They're like family. I'm just so happy that they're releasing something. This is what we all wanted to do, so I just wanted to say that I really do love their songs," she enthused.

One thing about the sensational girl band is that all four of its members find themselves booked and busy on most occasions. Jisoo recently launched the label BLISSOO, while also gearing up for upcoming acting gigs. Jennie, on the other hand, scored some international credits with the Weeknd's show The Idol.

Jennie also released her solo track Mantra, which is close to hitting 100 million views on YouTube. Meanwhile, Rosé collaborated with Bruno Mars and had the world swaying to a song about a drinking game. It shouldn't be surprising that they're all thriving in their self-carved spots in the industry, but a group comeback has been highly anticipated for a while now.

While YG Entertainment's announcement promised a world tour along with the 2025 reunion, Lisa remained sceptical of the prospect. The year 2022 marked the group's last studio album together with Born Pink, which featured the hit single Shut Down.
