PTI Sindh President Haleem Adil Sheikh has said that his party's leadership is being falsely implicated in fabricated cases after their mandate was stolen by rigging the general election.
"On Nov 24, the nation will respond to Imran Khan's call and mobilise to end the ongoing fascism," he said while speaking to the media after appearing before an anti-terrorism court on Saturday. Haleem and other PTI leaders, including Khurram Sher Zaman, Raja Azhar, Dawa Khan, and Shabbir Qureshi, appeared before the ATC in Clifton for hearings related to the alleged attack on police and stone-pelting at the DC's office in Keamari. However, the court adjourned the hearing until December 17 due to the absence of other accused.
Haleem called for the reclamation of the 'stolen mandate' and the repeal of the 26th Constitutional Amendment. He stressed that the public must unite for 'real freedom'.
"We will lead a march from Sindh to Islamabad," he said, predicting strong support from Karachi residents in the upcoming protest. "The oppression we've endured will end, and the unjust imprisonment of Imran Khan will be exposed," he added.
