The Supreme Court has fixed three appeals pertaining to electoral disputes for hearing on November 20.
A three-member bench headed by Justice Athar Minallah and comprising Justice Irfan Saadat and Justice Aqeel Abbasi will hear the appeals. All three electoral dispute appeals relate to constituencies of Balochistan – PB-28 Kech, PB-44 Quetta and PB-45 Quetta.
Pakistan People Party member of the provincial assembly Ali Madad Jatak has obtained the stay order from the Supreme Court after the Election Tribunal had de-seated him and ordered for re-polling at 15 polling stations in PB-45.
