Pakistani actress, model, and TV host Mathira recently dismissed videos circulating on social media that are claimed to be hers, pointing them out as fake.
In a statement shared on her X (formerly Twitter) account, Mathira expressed her frustration, stating that people were misusing her name and images to create fake content.
She wrote, "Shame on you and keep me away from this nonsense."
In an Instagram story, Mathira further clarified that these videos were fabricated using AI and had no connection to her.
She pointed out that her tattoos, which are visible on her body and fingers, are missing from the videos, making it clear that they are fake.
The actress also revealed that the videos were two years old and caused her significant mental distress at the time. She had even approached the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) about the issue.
Mathira added that the intention behind spreading such fake videos on social media was to tarnish her reputation.
She insisted that she had never made such videos and urged people not to misrepresent her character.
