Kanye West is embroiled in another legal battle as former employee Murphy Aficionado filed a lawsuit in California, citing antisemitic remarks, inappropriate behavior, and severe workplace misconduct.

The allegations include claims that West donned a swastika-emblazoned shirt and made offensive comments about Jewish control, even asserting that his ex-wife Kim Kardashian “has Jewish masters.”

Aficionado, who was employed as a project manager for West in late 2022, described the experience as a “nightmare.”

In court documents obtained by 'Page Six', he detailed one incident where West summoned him to a Beverly Hills hotel for a meeting, only for Aficionado to find the rapper “shirtless and out of breath” while his now-wife Bianca Censori stood topless nearby.

The documents claim, “It was immediately obvious to Aficionado that Censori and Ye were very recently having sex.”

The suit further alleges that West left Aficionado waiting while engaging in loud sexual activity with Censori, later reappearing wearing a swastika T-shirt and casually asking, “Don’t you like my shirt?”

During the same meeting, West allegedly showed Aficionado explicit photos of Kim Kardashian on his phone.

The claims extend beyond antisemitism, with accusations that West created a hostile work environment, failed to pay promised wages, and retaliated against Aficionado for questioning safety concerns regarding unpermitted construction at West’s Donda Academy.

Aficionado also described instances of West abandoning meetings for sexual escapades and subjecting employees to frequent “racist lectures” about Jewish conspiracies targeting his finances and family.

The lawsuit states, “These outbursts often involved claims that Jews were going after him and his money.”

The ex-employee alleges he was terminated in 2023 after refusing to proceed with a dangerous construction project and is suing for discrimination, emotional distress, and unpaid wages.

This is not the first time West has faced legal troubles. Earlier this year, several other lawsuits accused him of wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and ethnic discrimination.

Despite the controversies, West continues to maintain his presence in the entertainment and fashion industries.
