Actress Lana Condor, best known for her role in To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before, married actor and musician Anthony De La Torre in an intimate ceremony atop the Malibu mountains.
The couple, who met at an Emmys party in 2015, exchanged vows at the Serra Franciscan Retreat Center, a location with deep personal significance. Condor’s late mother had taken her to a women’s retreat there years ago, and Condor felt her mother’s presence as they celebrated their union. "My mother recently passed away, leaving my family devastated. But she would not have wanted us to not celebrate our love,” she shared with Vogue. The serene location, which held special memories for both Condor and De La Torre, added profound meaning to their wedding.
The October wedding featured florals by Remi + Gold and stationery by East Rose Studio, creating an elegant, timeless atmosphere that embraced the season’s autumnal colors. Condor wore a Vera Wang gown, a choice she made with her mother two years before the wedding. The dress embodied her vision of classic yet youthful beauty, a memory she cherishes deeply.
The couple’s ceremony reflected their shared love of family, with Condor’s father walking her down the aisle and De La Torre’s mother present for his entrance. Their wedding weekend also included a farewell brunch where guests could receive tattoos. The newlyweds themselves got matching tattoos of their wedding date, marking their first tattoos together.
Condor expressed immense gratitude for the memorable weekend, saying, "We are so filled with love and gratitude for each other and all of our incredible guests."
