Peshawar High Court Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim said that the country's judicial system would be best served when it safeguards the dignity of litigants seeking justice according to rights enshrined in the Constitution.
He was addressing a certificate awarding ceremony after a fourday Faculty Development Programme for Judicial Academies - Training of Trainers - at the Federal Judicial Academy on Thursday. He was the chief guest at the ceremony.
"Litigants deserve respect. We all are here for them. Our judicial system is for them," the PHC chief justice said.
