The Rawalpindi Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) has announced the results of the Matriculation Supplementary Examination 2024.
Out of the16,386 candidates that participated in the exams, 4,755 of passed and 11,632 failed, resulting in a deplorable success rate of 29.03%. Notably, female students excelled and outperformed their male peers.
The top grades (A+) were achieved by two students, six students attained A grades, 42 got B grades, 298 got C grades and 786 ended up with D grades.
Chairman Board Adnan Khan while announcing the results proudly declared that the board had successfully eradicated the boti mafia. "All of the board's systems have been digitalised, and the results were shared via SMS and posted on the website as well," he proclaimed.
He further revealed plans to introduce a foolproof security system for matriculation and intermediate examinations.
"There is zero tolerance for duplication. Stringent security has been implemented to prevent paper leaks. The child who works hard will pass the examination. We will provide the best environment during the exams", he added.
