Lizzo dressed up in a Halloween costume inspired by Ozempic, playfully referencing an episode of "South Park" that poked fun at her earlier this year.

On Monday, the 36-year-old shared multiple Instagram posts showing herself as a red and white package resembling a fictional weight-loss drug called Lizzo, with a yellow measuring tape wrapped around her waist.

Last month, Lizzo, whose full name is Melissa Viviane Jefferson, denied rumors that her recent weight loss was due to using Ozempic.

"LizzOzempic dump," the Grammy-winning artist captioned one post.

In the slideshow, Lizzo included a video where she held a prop slice of pizza while posing with someone dressed as Eric Cartman from "South Park."

The next couple of photos showed Lizzo standing by a black car, flashing a peace sign and a thumbs-up. She then appeared seated in the car holding a bottle of Clase Azul Reposado Tequila in the following two images, ending the post with a video of herself rolling up the car window.

In a separate post, Lizzo and her companion in the Eric Cartman costume danced to the song "APT" by Rosé and Bruno Mars.

"It’s that time of year where I feed y’all so ridiculously and you’re so very welcome baby," she wrote in the caption, accompanied by a smiley face emoji with its tongue sticking out.

The singer also posted a photo posing in a mock advertisement for the fictional Lizzo weight-loss drug. The ad displayed the words, "Need self love? Try Lizzo! Lose guilt. Gain confidence."

The ad’s warning label read, "Side effects include a smile on your face and a pep in your step."

In an additional post, Lizzo shared a video of herself in the costume, flipping off the camera and dancing in front of an Eric Cartman cut-out. She posed with the cut-out in a series of three photos in yet another post.
