LAHORE:

Lahore City Traffic Police announced a two-day crackdown against underage drivers and those driving vehicles without valid licences.

Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Amara Athar stated on Saturday and Sunday, with checkpoints set up outside. The CTO urged circle officers to personally oversee the operation to ensure effective enforcement.

She also highlighted the availability of online services for learners' permits, duplicate licences, and licence renewals. With 35 service centres across Lahore, the traffic police aim to address the growing issue of unlicensed and underage driving.
