Mark Cuban, billionaire investor and owner of the Dallas Mavericks, made a surprise appearance on Pokimane’s Twitch stream, clearing up rumors about a $200,000 bid placed in his name during a charity auction. The bid was for a gaming session with the popular streamer, but Cuban confirmed it wasn’t him.

During the stream, which also featured VTuber Sykkuno and actor Mark Hamill, Cuban stated: "That was not me," before jokingly adding, "You know it wasn’t me because it wasn’t high enough." The rumored bid was placed during CDawgVA's annual charity auction, where several fake bids, including the one in Cuban's name, were later discovered to have been made using stolen credit cards.

The actual winning bid for a gaming session with Pokimane was $30,700, made by VTuber Claudia Moneta, who donated a total of $68,200 during the event. While Cuban didn’t place a bid this time, he left open the possibility of participating in future auctions.
