Cadet College Petaro wins athletics events

Over 20 schools from across country competed in the PSSO National School Games

Cadet College Petaro put up a fantastic show to beat Karachi Grammar School in the under-17 boys athletics and Public School Mirpurkhas in the under-19 athletics to win the PSSO National School Games Boys Athletics Championship 2024 here on Sunday.

In the under-15 event also, Cadet College Petaro finished as the winners.

In the girls competition, Site Model School beat Reflections School in the under-17 event while

Karachi Public School finished third.

In the under-19 girls athletics Trinity Girls Degree College beat Govt. College For Women Korangi

The event was held in collaboration with the Sindh Olympics Association and Pakistan Sports Board, at the PSB Coaching Center.

Over 20 schools from across Pakistan participated in 31 events across various age groups and categories.

Salahuddin Ahmed, Managing Director Karachi Water and Sewerage Corporation was the chief guest at the closing ceremony.

Ahmed Ali Rajput, Secretary SOA, Zahid Ali Rizvi, President, Sindh Athletics Association, Asghar Baloch President Sindh Boxing Association and Gohor Raza, President, Pakistan School Sports Organization (PSSO) were the guest of honour on the occasion.
