On October 15, 2024, BLACKPINK’s Lisa delivered a show-stopping live performance at the 2024 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, addressing recent allegations of lip-syncing.

Lisa’s powerful performance seemingly put an end to the criticism, as fans took to social media to celebrate her live vocals and commanding stage presence.

Kicking off the event in a striking leather outfit while posing on a sports motorbike, Lisa performed her solo hit "Rockstar."

Accompanied by a team of dancers, she executed dynamic choreography, ending her set with an energetic dance break and a confident runway strut.

Later, Lisa returned to the stage in a lace bodysuit and metallic wings to perform her latest track "Moonlit Floor," which features a sample from Sixpence None the Richer’s "Kiss Me."

The K-pop star’s live performance quickly caught the attention of fans, many of whom were excited to see her silencing the lip-sync accusations from her earlier performances at the 2024 MTV VMAs and Global Citizen Festival.

"She got tired of y’all talking sh*t about her lip-syncing. Baby that mic was ON and she killed that performance. Let them know," one fan commented on X. Another fan added, "She just sounds the same as the studio version. I don’t wanna see lip-sync allegations because I can clearly hear her ‘a bit’ shaky voice which is very normal for live singing."

Fans continued to praise Lisa’s performance, with one user writing, "She just keeps getting better," and another remarking, "She listened to the criticism about her backtrack, her choreographer gave her something cunty to work with… this is a true performer."

In addition to her standout performance, Lisa dazzled on the pink carpet in a sparkling black cape, originally worn by Taylor Hill in the 2018 Victoria’s Secret show. The K-pop star made the look her own by pairing it with suede shorts instead of lingerie.

This live performance comes at a pivotal moment in Lisa’s solo career, as her latest single "Rockstar" debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard Global 200 and reached No. 1 on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. charts.

Since her departure from YG Entertainment, Lisa has launched her own talent management company, Lloud, and signed with RCA Records for her upcoming projects.
