The revelation occurred while Ross discussed his sexual encounters with adult movie star Sky Bri during a phone conversation with his audience listening. Ross realized the possibility of having sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), and the moment quickly spread online.

During the livestream, Ross was on speakerphone, and viewers heard him express concern about a man named "Gucci3rdleg," who allegedly has a body count of 3,000 and likely carried herpes. Ross connected this to Bri, sharing that Gucci3rdleg had been one of her sexual partners. The person on the other end of the call then warned Ross that he might also have herpes or AIDS due to his relationship with Bri. Ross reacted in frustration, while his friend on the phone teased him.

Throughout the conversation, Ross picked his nose while discussing the possibility of having STDs. Since the livestream, Ross has not confirmed whether he has been diagnosed with herpes or AIDS, and no health updates have been shared.

A social media user shared a screenshot claiming Sky Bri had tweeted in 2020 about meeting Gucci3rdleg. However, Bri denied the claim, stating, "I have NO idea who Guccithirdleg is nor have I ever met him. The date on this fake tweet says 2020 when my account clearly says made in 2021 in my bio."

The livestream has sparked speculation, with some questioning whether the entire situation was a prank on the audience.
