North West recently teased Kim Kardashian for not cooking for their family in nearly two years.

In a candid conversation for Interview magazine, the 11-year-old took center stage, answering a range of personal questions from her famous mom. At one point, Kardashian asked, “OK, serious question. How is my cooking?”

Her eldest child — whom she shares with ex-husband Kanye West — didn’t hold back, replying, “You haven’t cooked for us in a long time.”

She also mentioned, “Last time you cooked was two Halloweens ago.”

North revealed that on that occasion, Kardashian, 43, had prepared mac and cheese.

“And fried chicken and cornbread,” the Skims founder reminded her. “I’m a one-trick pony. Is that one meal good?”

North confirmed it was “good” but noted her mom excels at making “cucumbers and salt.”

In another part of the interview, North said that if she could eat only one thing for the rest of her life, it would be cucumbers and salt — “or onions.”

“You love grilled onions,” Kardashian responded.

Earlier in June 2023, North’s younger sister, Chicago West, also commented on their mom not cooking and relying on a private chef.

Kardashian — who also shares sons Saint, 8, and Psalm, 5, with Kanye West — had previously posted a picture from one of Chicago’s school projects.

The Instagram image showed that Chicago was asked to share a few facts about her mom.

When asked, “The best thing she cooks is ____,” Chicago humorously wrote, “Mom doesn’t cook. She has a chef.”

Kardashian later poked fun at herself by sharing a picture of her slicing a tomato for grilled cheese during a visit to the White House.

The Kardashian family has never hidden the fact that they often use private chefs, especially for family gatherings.

Their longtime private chef, Khristianne Uy, also known as Chef K, once spoke to Page Six about the family’s dining preferences.
